You will be welcomed with a glass of bubbles, after which you will enjoy a carefully composed wine tasting with a matching starter, main course and dessert. Course by course everything will be served at your table, while you learn all about the origins and flavors of the wines in a relaxed manner. Wines

The tasting begins with a celebratory glass of sparkling wine - fresh, sparkling and a perfect opener. This is followed by a sophisticated white wine with distinct minerality, fresh citrus and an elegant aromatic character.

The red wine served next is full-bodied and powerful, rich in red fruit and deep in flavor. A wine with body, bringing warmth and intensity.

To finish, a slightly sweet wine is served with fresh notes of citrus and gentle hints of blossom. A delicate and fragrant finale that rounds off the tasting nicely.

3-course dinner

Dinner starts with a creamy truffle risotto, richly filled with mushrooms. A flavorful appetizer that combines comfort and sophistication.

The main course follows tender guinea fowl in a deep red wine sauce, served with roasted pumpkin. A harmony of autumnal flavors, full of warmth and character.

Dinner concludes with our sweet sin: soft, golden-brown baked brioche French toast with a full, buttery flavor, accompanied by creamy homemade walnut ice cream. The cassis apple provides a fruity touch with a hint of fresh acidity that balances it all out.
