When is it possible to check in or out?
Check-in: from 3:00pm to 8:30pm. If you want to check in later than 5:00pm, please indicate this by email: info@havenlakevillage.nl

Is there a minimum number of nights to stay?
Yes, there is a minimum of 2 nights
We have a baby with us, does Haven Lake Village have a baby bed?
Haven Lake Village has two baby beds which are suitable for a baby/toddler. If you want to make use of the baby bed, indicate this when making a reservations so we can take this into account.
What is the difference between the four villa’s?
Only the interior, such as the furniture and wallpaper. The base of the villa is identical to each other.
Can I cancel a booking for free?
If a reservations is cancelled, cancellation costs are due. The amount depends on the date of the cancellation in relation to the date of arrival and can be requested at the reception. The conditions of the cancellation can be found under contact conditions
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €1,32 per person per night. This amount can be pay at the location itself.
Are the villas wheelchair friendly?
The villas are disable-friendly. The villas don’t contain obstacles, is on the ground floor and has wide doorposts so that you can get everywhere with your wheelchair. There is also one shower chair.
What is there to do around Haven Lake Village?

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in and around the villas.
We have three children, is it possible to add an extra bed?
Haven Lake Village has an extra fold-out bed that can be booked for a fee. If you want to make use of the extra bed, indicate this when making a reservations so we can take this into account. There is only one extra bed available.
Do the villas have a high chair?
A high chair can be booked as an option for €25,00 when booking your stay.
How can I change a booking?
If, after the conclusion of the agreement, you wish to change the agreement, Haven Lake Village is not obliged to accept the change. It is the freedom of choice of Haven Lake Village to determine whether and to what extent it accepts such changes. In the event that Haven Lake Village accepts your changes, Haven Lake Village may charge you a change fee. Be sure to contact the Haven Lake Village staff.
What is the sum of the deposit?
By arrival you are obligated to pay a deposit of €300,-. The deposit can be paid in cash or by debit card and will be refunded after your stay, if the villa has been approved.
How often do the villas get cleaned?
The villa’s get cleaned after every stay. If you stay longer, the villa will be cleaned twice a week. If you would like an extra cleaning, please let one of the reception staff know.
What does an overnight stay cost?
The costs of the accommodation vary. The price depends on the period, the length of stay and the number of people. Please fill in the correct details when booking for the current prices for the desired dates.
Is there an iron/steam device in the villa?
Each villa has its own Philips steam device. This allows you to easily remove wrinkles and odours from your clothes. You will find the steam device in the wardrobe of the master bedroom.
Is it also possible to pay for the booking at the location itself?
No, this is not possible. A prepayment of 100% is required for the reservation.

Is it possible to have food delivered to the villas?
At our adjacent restaurant Docks Fish & Grill it is possible to order or pick up dinner until 21:00. Of course it is also possible to order food via well-known delivery websites. They can easily deliver your order to the door of your villa. Hiring an external cook is not allowed. Dishes with an open fire are also not allowed.
Which coffee maker is available in the villa?
All villas have a Nespresso coffee machine and separate milk foamer. The first four coffee cups are offered by Haven Lake Village. Nespresso packages can be picked up at the reception for a fee.
How many people are allowed in the villa?
The villa has two bedrooms. It is therefore possible to stay with four people in Haven Lake Village. Are you forming a family of five? The we have an extra fold-out bed. However, it is only possible to use this if it concerns two parents with three children.
Is there a possibility to cook in the villa?
The villas have a spacious open kitchen with cooking island and two bar stools. Of course it is possible to cook in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen has the following equipment: oven, microwave, induction plate with Bora extraction system, fridge, freezer, Quooker and a dishwasher. Hiring a external cook is not allowed. Dishes with open fire are also not allowed.
Is there a washing machine in the villa?
There is no washing machine in the villa, but there is the possibility to use our laundry service. More information? Please ask the reception desk.
Can I arrive at Haven Lake Village with my own boat?
Yes, it is possible to moor your boat with us. Please timely inform our staff so we can keep a space available in our harbour.
Is it possible to have a barbecue in the summer on the terrace of the villa?
Unfortunately, barbecuing is not allowed during your stay.
Is there a hairdryer present in the villa?
Yes, each villa has a separate hair dryer. This can be found in the drawer of the bathroom.
Is it possible to swim at the villa?
Each villa has a swim ladder. However, it is not allowed to swim in the marina. Please note that the villas are located in a marina, which means that there is boat traffic.
What are the options for celebrating my birthday?
Something to celebrate? Haven Lake Village likes to think along. We offer various add-ons to make your stay as festive as possible. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to invite more than two guests to the villa. It is not allowed to organize parties in the broadest sense of the word. Decorating the villa yourself us also not allowed without consultation and permission with one of our employees.
Luxury villas with semi hotel service, what does that mean?
This means that we offer more service than just the basic rental of a villa. For example, the following is present in the villa; towel package, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/hand soap, cleaning products, pepper/salt and dishwasher tablets.
Can I bring my own bicycles?
Yes, this is allowed you can designated parking facility. It is not allowed to park bicycles or other forms of mobility in the villa. Bicycles can also be rented at Haven Lake Village. Ask the staff about it if you are interested.
