Is there a minimum number of nights to stay? 

Yes, there is a minimum of two nights
We have a baby with us: does Haven Lake Village have a baby bed?
Haven Lake Village has two baby beds which are suitable for a baby/toddler. If you want to make use of the baby bed, indicate this when making a reservation, so we can take this into account.
What is the difference between the four villas?

Only the interior, such as the furniture and wallpaper. The villa structures are identical.
Can I cancel a booking for free?

There is a fee for canceling a reservation. The amount depends on the date of the cancelation in relation to the date of arrival and can be requested from our front desk. The conditions of the cancelation can be found under contact  conditions
How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is €1.27 per person per night. This amount can be paid on location.
Are the villas wheelchair accessible?
The villas are accessible for those with disabilities. The villas do not have any obstacles, they are located on the ground floor, and they feature wide door frames so that you can get everywhere with your wheelchair. There is also one shower chair.
What is there to do around Haven Lake Village?
The Haven Lake Village website lists our facilities, nearby activities, and nearby restaurants. Visit havenlakevillage.nl/experience
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in and around the villas.
We have three children: is it possible to add an extra bed?
Haven Lake Village has an extra fold-out bed that can be booked for a fee. If you want to make use of the extra bed, indicate this when making a reservation so we can take this into account. There is only one extra bed available.
Do the villas have a high chair?
A high chair can be booked as an option for €25.00 when booking your stay.
How can I change a booking?
If, after the conclusion of the agreement, you wish to change the agreement, Haven Lake Village is not obliged to accept the change. It is at Haven Lake Village’s discretion to determine whether and to what extent it will accept such changes. In the event that Haven Lake Village accepts your changes, Haven Lake Village may charge you a modification fee. Be sure to contact the Haven Lake Village staff.
How much is the deposit?
Upon arrival you are obligated to pay a deposit of €300.00. The deposit can be paid in cash or by debit card and will be refunded after your stay, if the villa has been approved.
How often are the villas cleaned?
The villas are cleaned after every stay. If you stay longer, the villa will be cleaned twice a week. If you would like an addition cleaning, please let one of the reception staff know.
What does an overnight stay cost?
The costs of the accommodations vary. The price depends on the period, the length of stay, and the number of people. Please fill in the correct details when booking for the current prices on the desired dates.
Is there an iron/steaming device in the villa?
Each villa has its own Philips steaming device. This allows you to easily remove wrinkles and odors from your clothes. You will find the steaming device in the wardrobe of the master bedroom.
Is it also possible to pay for the booking at the location itself?
No, this is not possible. A pre-payment of 100% is required for the reservation.
Where can you find the house rules and terms/conditions?
On the Haven Lake Village website under ”contact-> conditions”.
Is it possible to have food delivered to the villas?
At our adjacent restaurant Docks Fish & Grill, it is possible to order or pick up dinner until 9:00 p.m. Of course it is also possible to order food via well-known delivery websites. They can easily deliver your order to the door of your villa. Hiring a chef not associated with Haven Lake Village et al is not permitted. Dishes cooked over an open fire are also not allowed.
What kind of coffee maker is available in the villa?
All villas have a Nespresso coffee machine and a separate milk foamer. The first four coffee cups are offered by Haven Lake Village. Nespresso packages can be picked up at the reception desk for a fee.
How many people are allowed in the villa?
The villa has two bedrooms. It is therefore possible to stay at Haven Lake Village with four people. Are you a family of five? if so, we have an additional fold-out bed. However, it is only possible to use this for two parents with three children.
Are there cooking facilities in the villa?
The villas have a spacious open kitchen with a cooking island and two bar stools. Of course it is possible to cook in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen has the following equipment: oven, microwave, induction cooktop with Bora extraction system, refrigerator, freezer, Quooker, and a dishwasher. Hiring a chef not associated with Haven Lake Village et al is not permitted. Dishes cooked over an open flame are also not allowed.
Is there a washing machine in the villa?
There is no washing machine in the villa, but you have the option to use our laundry service. For more information, please contact the reception desk.
Can I arrive at Haven Lake Village with my own boat?
Yes, it is possible to moor your boat with us. Please inform our staff in a timely manner, so we can keep a space available in our harbor.
Is it possible to have a barbecue in the summer on the terrace of the villa?
Unfortunately, barbecuing is not allowed during your stay.
Is there a hair dryer present in the villa?
Yes, each villa has a separate hair dryer. This can be found in the drawer of the bathroom.
Is it possible to swim at the villa?
Each villa has a swim ladder. However, swimming in the marina is not permitted. Please note that the villas are located along a marina, which means that there is boat traffic.
What are the options for celebrating my birthday?

Something to celebrate? Haven Lake Village would be happy to help you celebrate. We offer various add-ons to make your stay as festive as possible. Unfortunately, inviting more than two guests to the villa is not permitted. Organizing parties (in the broadest sense of the word) is not permitted either. Decorating the villa yourself is not allowed without consultation with and permission from one of our employees.
Luxury villas with “semi–hotel” service: what does that mean?

This means that we offer more service than just the basic rental villa. For example, the following are available in the villa; towel set, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/hand soap, cleaning products, pepper/salt, and dishwasher tablets
Can I bring my own bicycles? 

Yes, this is permitted. You can use designated parking facility. Parking bicycles or other vehicles in the villa is not permitted. Bicycles can also be rented at Haven Lake Village. Ask the staff about it if you are interested
After making a reservation, am I guaranteed to stay in the specific villa I reserved?
Usually yes, but Haven Lake Village is always permitted to change the villa, even after the reservation has been confirmed if required.
