Wines

The tasting begins with a celebratory glass of sparkling wine - fresh, sparkling and a perfect opener. This is followed by a sophisticated white wine with distinct minerality, fresh citrus and an elegant aromatic character.

The red wine served next is full-bodied and powerful, rich in red fruit and deep in flavor. A wine with body, bringing warmth and intensity.

To finish, a slightly sweet wine is served with fresh notes of citrus and gentle hints of blossom. A delicate and fragrant finale that rounds off the tasting nicely.

3-course dinner

The dinner begins with a refined starter of Tuna Tataki flavored with sesame and soy. A fresh and elegant start in which soft textures and savory accents come together beautifully.

For the main course, a BBQ sirloin steak served with roasted vegetables and chimichurri follows. A powerful and flavorful dish in which refined preparation and deep flavors are perfectly balanced.

The dinner concludes with a summery dessert featuring fresh strawberries, creamy white chocolate mousse, and soft vanilla ice cream. The perfect combination of fruity, light, and deliciously sweet to end the evening.
