WINE TASTING IN YOUR OWN VILLA

Be surprised with an exclusive wine tasting in your own villa. You will be welcomed with a glass of bubbles, after which you will enjoy a carefully composed wine tasting with a matching starter, main course and dessert. Course by course everything will be served at your table, while you learn all about the origins and flavors of the wines in a relaxed manner. WINE & DINER

Wines

The tasting begins with a celebratory glass of sparkling wine - fresh, sparkling and a perfect opener. This is followed by a sophisticated white wine with distinct minerality, fresh citrus and an elegant aromatic character.

The red wine served next is full-bodied and powerful, rich in red fruit and deep in flavor. A wine with body, bringing warmth and intensity.

To finish, a slightly sweet wine is served with fresh notes of citrus and gentle hints of blossom. A delicate and fragrant finale that rounds off the tasting nicely.

3-course dinner

Het diner begint met een verfijnd voorgerecht van tonijn, gerold om sushirijst en op smaak gebracht met sesam en soja. Een frisse en elegante start waarin zachte texturen en hartige accenten mooi samenkomen.

Als hoofdgerecht volgt beef tataki, geserveerd met geroosterde groenten en een volle brandysaus. Een krachtig en smaakvol gerecht waarin fijne bereiding en diepe smaken perfect in balans zijn.

Het diner wordt afgesloten met de Chocoholic. Een verleidelijk dessert van mousse, brosse chocolade en ijs. Rijk, romig en intens van smaak, voor een zoete afsluiting die iedere chocoladeliefhebber zal waarderen.
