Is there a minimum number of nights for the stay?
Yes, we have a minimum stay of two nights.
We have a baby with us, does Haven Lake Village have a crib?
Haven Lake Village has two cribs, suitable for babies and toddlers. We recommend that you indicate directly when making your reservation that you would like a crib, so that we can take this into consideration (based on availability).
What is the difference between the four villas?
The difference is only in the interior, such as upholstery and wallpaper. The layout and basics of all villas are identical.
Can I cancel a booking free of charge?
No, it is not possible to cancel a reservation free of charge. In case of cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged. The amount depends on the time of cancellation compared to the arrival date.

How much is the tourist tax?
Tourist tax is €3.58 per person per night. This amount is paid online or at the reception desk.
Are the villas wheelchair friendly?
Yes, the villas are handicap accessible. All rooms are ground level, there are no thresholds or obstacles and the doorways are extra wide, so you can easily move through the villa with a wheelchair. In addition, there is a shower chair available.

Is a pet allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in and around the villas.
We have three children, is it possible to put an extra bed?
Haven Lake Village has one extra pull-out bed that can be added for a fee. We recommend indicating this immediately when making your reservation, as the bed will be assigned based on availability.
Do the villas have a high chair?
Yes, a high chair can be added as an additional option. The cost for this is €25.00 and you can easily add it when making your reservation.
How can I change a booking?
If, after the conclusion of the agreement, you wish to make changes to the agreement, Haven Lake Village is not obliged to accept them. It is at the sole discretion of Haven Lake Village to determine whether and to what extent those changes will be accepted by it. In the event Haven Lake Village accepts your changes, Haven Lake Village may charge you a change fee. Please contact Haven Lake Village staff to do so.
What is the amount of the deposit?
Upon arrival you will pay a security deposit of € 300.00 per villa. The deposit can be paid in cash or by pin and will be refunded to you after your stay, after inspection and approval of the villa.
How often are the villas cleaned?
The villas are cleaned after each stay. For longer stays, the villa is additionally cleaned twice a week. If you would like an extra interim cleaning, please inform one of our reception staff.
What does an overnight stay cost?
The cost of an overnight stay at Haven Lake Village varies. The price depends on the period, length of stay and number of people.

Is there an iron / steamer in the villa?
Yes, every villa has its own Philips steamer. This will easily remove wrinkles and odors from your clothes. You will find the steamer in the master bedroom closet.
Is it possible to hire external parties (for example, a private chef or masseuse) during your stay at the villa?
You are not permitted to hire your own outside parties during your stay at the villa.
However, you can contact the staff of Haven Lake Village to discuss the possibilities. Among other things, we offer professional massages during your stay.

Is it possible to charge an electric car?
Yes, the Haven Lake Village parking lot has two charging stations where you can charge your electric car.
After my booking, am I guaranteed to stay in the villa I booked?
In most cases, you will stay in the villa you selected at the time of booking. However, Haven Lake Village reserves the right, if necessary, to move your reservation to another villa. Of course, we always do this with care, without compromising your comfort and experience.
Is it also possible to pay for the booking at the venue itself?
No, this is not possible. When making the reservation, you must pay 100% of the total amount in advance.

Is it possible to have food delivered to the villas?
Yes, you can. At the adjacent restaurant Docks Fish & Grill, you will enjoy a full restaurant experience while staying in your own water villa: you can order dishes dinner and room service until 7 p.m., which will be delivered to your villa door.
In addition, you can have food delivered through well-known delivery websites: they can bring your order right to the door of your villa.

What coffee maker is in the villa?
All villas have a Nespresso coffee maker and a separate milk frother. The first four coffee cups are provided by Haven Lake Village. After that, you can purchase Nespresso cups at the front desk for a fee.

The villa has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people as standard.

Yes, definitely. The villas feature a spacious open kitchen with kitchen island and two bar stools, ideal for extensive cooking and having drinks together.
The kitchen is equipped with: an oven, microwave, induction hob with Bora exhaust system, refrigerator, freezer, Quooker and dishwasher.

Is there a washing machine in the villa?
There is no washing machine in the villa. However, you can use our laundry service. Would you like to know more about this or discuss the possibilities? Ask at reception, we are happy to help.
Can I arrive at Haven Lake Village with my own boat?
Yes, this is possible. You can moor your boat in our marina right next to the villas. We advise you to let us know in advance so that we can reserve a berth for you (based on availability).
Is it possible to barbecue on the terrace of the villa from summer?
Unfortunately, barbecue is not allowed on the terrace or around the villa during your stay.
Is there a hair dryer in the apartment?
Yes, there is a hair dryer in each villa. You will find it in the drawer of the bathroom.
Is it possible to swim from the villa?
Each villa has its own waterfront swimming ladder. However, please note that the villas are located in a marina and there is boat traffic.

What are the options for celebrating my birthday?
Something to celebrate? Haven Lake Village is happy to think with you. We offer several party add-ons to make your stay extra special.

This means that we offer more service than just the bare rental of a villa. For example, the villa includes; towel package, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/hand soap, cleaning products, pepper/salt and dishwasher cubes.
At Haven Lake Village, you will enjoy the space and privacy of a luxury villa, combined with the comforts of a hotel. Semi hotel service means that the beds are made upon arrival, bath and kitchen towels are included, your villa is cleaned in between stays and the final cleaning is done for you. Yes, you may bring your own bicycles. These can be placed in the designated storage area. No bicycles or other forms of mobility are allowed inside the villas.

What are the options regarding mindfulness?
Each villa has two yoga mats, so you can enjoy yoga, meditation or relaxation exercises in peace in your own villa or on the waterfront terrace. It is also possible to take an ice bath for a refreshing experience and a real boost to your immune system.
