When can I check in and out?

Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:30, if you wish to check-in later than 17:00 please indicate this by email: info@havenlakevillage.nl.
Check out: until 11:00 am.

Is there a minimum number of nights for the stay?

Yes, a minimum of two nights.

We have a baby with us, does Haven Lake Village have a crib?

Haven Lake Village has two cribs which are suitable for a baby/toddler. If you make a reservation, it is advisable to indicate this immediately so that we can take this into account.

What is the difference between the four villas?

Only the interior, such as upholstery and wallpaper. The base of the villa is identical to each other.

Can I cancel a booking free of charge?

If a reservation is cancelled, cancellation fees are due. The amounts depend on the date of cancellation compared to the date of arrival and can be requested at the reception. The cancellation conditions can be found under contact -> conditions.

How much is the tourist tax?

Tourist tax is €3.50 per person per night and this amount is paid at the location itself.

Are the villas wheelchair friendly?

The villas are handicap accessible. The home contains no obstacles, are ground level and have wide doorways so you can get anywhere with your wheelchair. There is also one shower chair available.

What is there to do around Haven Lake Village?

Is a pet allowed?

No, pets are not allowed in and around the villas.

We have three children, is it possible to put an extra bed?

Haven Lake Village features an extra fold-out bed that can be booked for an additional fee. Please indicate this right away when making a booking, as there is only one available.

Do the villas have a high chair?

A high chair can be booked as an option for €25.00 euro when booking your stay.

How can I change a booking?

If, after the conclusion of the agreement, you wish to make changes to the agreement, Haven Lake Village is not obliged to accept them. It is at the sole discretion of Haven Lake Village to determine whether and to what extent those changes will be accepted by it. In the event Haven Lake Village accepts your changes, Haven Lake Village may charge you a change fee. Please contact Haven Lake Village staff to do so.

What is the amount of the deposit?

You are required to pay a security deposit of €300.00 at the start. The deposit can be paid in cash or by pin and will be returned/refunded after your stay, upon approval of the villa.

How often are the villas cleaned?

The villas are cleaned after each stay. If you stay longer, the villa will be cleaned twice a week. If you would like an extra cleaning, please let one of the reception staff know.

What does an overnight stay cost?

The cost of the stay varies. The price depends on the period, length of stay and number of people. When booking, enter the appropriate information for current prices for the desired dates.

Is there an iron / steamer in the villa?

Each villa has its own Philips steamer. With this you can easily remove wrinkles and odors from your clothes. You will find the steamer in the closet of the master bedroom.

Is it possible to hire external parties (for example, a private chef or masseuse) during your stay at the villa?

It is not permitted to hire outside parties during your stay at the villa.

However, you can contact the staff of Haven Lake Village to discuss the possibilities, among other things, we offer professional massages during your stay.

Is it possible to charge an electric car?

Yes, the Haven Lake Village parking lot has two charging stations.

Is it also possible to pay for the booking at the venue itself?

No, this is not possible. At the time of booking, you must make an advance payment of 100% of the amount payable.

Is it possible to have food delivered to the villas?

At our adjacent restaurant Docks Fish & Grill it is possible to order dinner until 21:00. Please note that on Tuesdays and Wednesdays dinner can only be ordered between 16:00 and 19:00. Of course, it is also possible to order food through well-known delivery websites. They can easily deliver your order to the door of your villa. Hiring an external cook is not allowed. Dishes with open flames are also not allowed.

What coffee maker is in the villa?

All villas have a Nespresso coffee maker and separate milk frother. The first four coffee cups are provided by Haven Lake Village. Nespresso packs can be picked up at the front desk for a fee.

How many people are allowed in the villa?

The villa has two bedrooms. So it is possible to stay overnight at Haven Lake Village with four people. Are you a family of five? Then we have an extra fold-out bed. However, this is only possible for two parents with three children.

Is there a possibility of cooking in the villa?

The villas have a spacious open kitchen with a kitchen island and two bar stools. It is of course possible to cook in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen has the following equipment: oven, microwave, induction hob with Bora exhaust system, refrigerator, freezer, Quooker and a dishwasher. Hiring an external cook is not allowed. Dishes with open flames are also not allowed.

Is there a washing machine in the villa?

There is no washing machine in the villa, but it is possible to use our laundry services. More information? Ask at the reception.

Can I arrive at Haven Lake Village with my own boat?

Yes, it is possible to moor your boat with us. Please inform the staff in time so we can keep a spot free in the marina.

Is it possible to barbecue on the terrace of the villa from summer?

Unfortunately, barbecue is not allowed during the stay.

Is there a hair dryer in the apartment?

Yes, each villa has a separate hair dryer. It can be found in the drawer of the bathroom.

Is it possible to swim from the property?

Each villa has a swim ladder, however, it is not allowed to swim in the marina. Please note that the villas are located in a marina so there is boat traffic.

What are the options for celebrating my birthday?

Something to celebrate? Haven Lake Village is happy to think with you. We offer several add-ons to make your stay as festive as possible. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to invite more than two guests to the villa. It is not allowed to organize parties or celebrations in the broadest sense of the word. Decorating the villa yourself is also not allowed without consultation and permission with one of our staff members.

Luxury villas with semi hotel service, what does that mean?

This means that we offer more service than just the bare rental of a villa. For example, the villa includes; towel package, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/hand soap, cleaning products, pepper/salt and dishwasher cubes.

Can I bring my own bikes?

Yes this is allowed, you can place them in the designated parking area. No bicycles or other forms of mobility are allowed in the homes. Bicycles can also be rented at Haven Lake Village. Please ask the staff about this if you are interested.

After my booking, am I guaranteed to stay in the villa I booked?

Usually yes, Haven Lake Village does allow after booking confirmation always to move the villa to another villa if necessary.

What are the options regarding mindfulness?

Each villa has two yoga mats. In addition, it is possible to take an ice bath for a complete boost to your immune system.
